"C Yao Ming reached a settlement with Coca-Cola's Chinese subsidiary in a dispute over use of his photo on commemorative bottles, KRIV TV in Houston reported. The settlement of the lawsuit -- filed in Yao's hometown of Shanghai, where Coke was selling the bottles -- included an apology from the company. Yao had sought damages of only one yuan (or 12 cents) for "spiritual and economic losses," as well as a public apology from Coca-Cola."
