you know, i've been thinking. NBA can't be fixed; it's too good of a game, and david stern knows better than that. i just kept on telling myself that, over and over, that refs are human after all, and they do make mistakes.

then i remembered something.

it's game 6 of the 2002 western conference finals all over again. except it's the first round instead of the semifinals, 2-2 instead of 3-2, and the rockets instead of the kings.

then i realized how naive my previous beliefs were.
